I am passionate about being able to provide individuals with the tools they need to overcome challenges and be able to use these resources to empower each individual to reach their potential. My approach is to ensure that every individual feels safe and supported throughout his or her therapeutic process.
More Info About My Practice
My prior experience consisted of working with children, teens, and families in an acute psychiatric setting, facilitating group therapy that focused on anxiety, depression, self-harm, self-esteem, and emotional regulation. My therapeutic approach and training are in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, parent-child relationship therapy, and play-based therapy. I also have obtained a Bachelors's degree in Psychology. I work with children (3+), teens, and families. I specialize in family counseling and parent-child relationship therapy to assist parents with learning how to strengthen the parent-child relationship, as well as provides developmental guidance in order to assist parents in best supporting the emotional needs of their child/teen.
