My Approach to Helping
I'm a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who earned a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Arizona State University. I specialize in working with children, teens, and families struggling with anxiety, depression, disruptive behaviors, self-esteem, life transitions, trauma, and the parent-child relationship. While focusing on the family systems approach, I utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, narrative therapy, and solution- focused therapy.
I strive to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment for clients to share their story, gain insight into how it has impacted them, and become the author of a more fulfilling reality. I believe each individual has the ability to build on their existing strengths to live their best possible lives.
Understanding that every client’s personal journey is unique, I tailor my approach to fit each individual and family’s needs. I am passionate about assisting my clients to achieve personal growth, improve relationships, and ultimately find increased happiness. Online sessions are available.
