My Approach to Helping
I believe each individual has the ability to build on their existing strengths to live their best possible life. My goal is to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment for clients to share their story, gain insight into how it has impacted them, and work to create a more fulfilling reality. I specialize in working with adults, teens, and children struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, disruptive behaviors, low self esteem, and eating disorders.
My therapeutic approach consists of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), narrative therapy, play based therapy, and solution-focused therapy. Understanding that every client’s personal journey is unique, I tailor my approach to fit each individual and family’s needs.
I am passionate about assisting my clients to achieve personal growth, improve relationships, and ultimately find increased happiness. I am currently accepting new clients and look forward to hearing from you!
