With 25 years as a psychotherapist, I believe that therapy is about you, your adversities and challenges. Hence, I invite you to a place of hard-work, tears, growth and most importantly healing. We both know, that we can't change the difficult situations of our past, but we can work together so that you can have an understanding of why you have been struggling. Together we can address your mood disorder and can unearth the long standing negative perceptions that have been holding you back. Although we can not erase painful memories, I can assist you in changing your emotional response to the event(s), and find resolution, so that you can begin to live a more fulfilling life.
