My Approach to Helping
Are you feeling stuck and in need of a change? Are you struggling with an underlying worry? Do you find yourself with little motivation to form and maintain relationships with friends and family? There may be something else, perhaps that is difficult to put into words. Sometimes, when it comes to dealing with personal and relational difficulties, we struggle with how to cope, who to talk to and what to say.
There is often an expectation from either the outside world or within to work things out on your own, but why act alone when you are not alone? This is where I can help. I provide a safe, comfortable environment centered around acceptance and support.
I am here to tell you there is hope. You have already started to work towards change in seeking a therapist. Let's work together to address these feelings that hold you back. I want to help guide you through this change, to help overcome these struggles, to feel better.
