My Approach to Helping
I have worked in diverse settings, including private practice, inpatient, community mental health, and outpatient. I have worked with individuals seeking help for substance abuse, eating disorders, relationships issues, anxiety, depression, and life changes. I have worked with children, teens, adults, and couples. I have received specialized training in motivational interviewing, TF-CBT, EFFT, ACT, and DBT. I tailor my approach to each individual to meet their goals and needs. I continue to learn different techniques andor modalities to incorporate into my practice
