My Approach to Helping
My aim is to help people deepen their understanding of themselves and others, thrive, despite difficult circumstances, and unlock their resilience and creative potential. I offer psychodynamic-psychotherapy that can be playful and imaginative, while also serious in its task to surface the meaning behind challenges, conflicts, and symptoms. Together, we'll work to surface your creativity, your dreams, and imagination to overcome obstacles, heal, and deepen your understanding of your own mind.
