My Approach to Helping
I’m a trauma therapist who works with individuals, couples, and adolescents. Whether you're navigating new parenthood, healing from childhood trauma, facing addiction, coping with grief and loss, or struggling with relationship dynamics or major life transitions, I offer a compassionate, integrative approach to support your healing. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck—pulled in different directions by parts of themselves carrying shame, self-blame, fear, or a deep longing for connection.
My work is rooted in attachment-based, trauma-informed care. I am trained in EMDR and informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS). I integrate these approaches, along with somatic therapies, to help regulate your nervous system, integrate wounded parts, and reconnect with your inner strengths. I believe that even the most painful parts of us carry meaning and deserve compassion. Together, we’ll create a safe, non-judgmental space where healing unfolds through deep self-connection, resilience-building, and transformation.
Healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about embracing every part of who you are and learning to move forward with greater clarity, strength, and connection.
