I am only offering Telehealth sessions at this time.
Therapy can be challenging and emotionally draining but I am here to work alongside you as an equal partnerteam member. This is and will always be a judgement free zone. Keep in mind that therapy is not a "quick fix". I can offer skills that you can implement immediately but lasting change involves a deeper exploration of issues and commitment to self.
My approach as a therapist is engaged, non-judgmental, curious, challenging when necessary, and deeply compassionate. I am not a passive or quiet therapist; I am able to listen actively and carefully and to honor your pace, boundaries, and sense of readiness.
