My Approach to Therapy

Immediate openings for in-person & telehealth appointments. Whether you feel panic-stricken, isolated, angry or depressed, I'm here to help. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Level II (CCTP II), I have extensive training in treating those with PTSD and C-PTSD. I am also listed by the American Diabetes Association (ADA) as a preferred mental health provider for those with Type 1, Type 2 and gestational diabetes. My experience in healthcare settings, the justice system, schools & private practices, has given me an appreciation for life's greatest challenges. I aim to understand clients' perspectives, build confidence, lower anxiety, and offer support, hope and quality of life. I do this in a nonjudgmental, empowering and supportive environment. I would be honored to work with you and firmly believe that positive, lasting change is possible with the right balance of support and challenge.
