My Approach to Helping

Life is messy, but what would happen if we allowed ourselves to embrace the mess? I'm Meg (sheher), a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who works with adults of all ages. Many of my clients come to therapy to address issues related to anxiety, life transitions, grief and loss, pregnancy, and perinatal and postpartum challenges, I am particularly passionate about serving young women (18 -29) as they navigate the struggles of entering adulthood, relationships, and the everyday stresses of life. If you are reading this and you're stuck in life's mess, you're not alone. You're not a failure. You ARE worthy of support. You DESERVE to feel better. Embrace the mess.

Successful therapy is not one-size-fits-all, but real change is possible! With a strong emphasis on the power of connection, my therapeutic approach relies heavily on in-depth co-collaboration that is holistic, goal-oriented, and unique to you. Together, we will work toward navigating complex life transitions, improving the quality of your relationships, and developing more effective coping skills.

We currently offer telehealth sessions, but eventually I will offer in-person services at our new Hudson, MA office. If you're interested in working with me, please reach out by phone or email. Our intake coordinator offers a free, 15-minute phone consultation to see if I would be a good fit for you, answer any questions you might have, and get you scheduled for your first session.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

I enjoy guiding people towards positive changes and watching them transform their lives. The most rewarding thing about being a therapist is seeing people move inward and finally claim their voice and recognize their greatness.
