What's My Approach to Therapy?
As a clinical psychologist in Massachusetts, my practice includes adults of all ages, older adolescents going through transitions, people who would like to understand how their past affects them now, and people who are feeling stuck or overwhelmed and who want to make changes. If you are struggling with relationships, marital, family, or work difficulties, depression, anxiety, stress, adjusting to a new situation or environment, career choices, grief, life stage changes, or other concerns, my goal is to actively and empathically help you address problems and patterns that interfere with your life and cause distress.
I offer ongoing psychotherapy, as well as single session therapy. Our work can help you gain insight into your thoughts, feelings, and behavior patterns to handle challenges, manage your emotions, and feel more connected. Having extensive experience, I can provide informed recommendations about what type of treatment is indicated and the next steps to take.
I am on the faculty and staff at Harvard Medical School, Massachusetts General Hospital, where I completed my training. I offer in-person appointments in Concord, and virtual sessions for those in Massachusetts. Please see my website for further details about my practice, and contact me with any questions.
