My Approach to Helping

Dude, is it just me or is living through this time in human history feeling crazy stressful? Anxious? Depressing? Exhausting? Maybe you’re having the thought “I'm tired of these distressing feelings ruling what I do with every waking moment, I want a life I feel stoked about and engaged in, a life rich in meaning and purpose and action.” Well, HEARD. Your life's not over. Improving it is possible. Let’s work on that.

With my experienced, supportive approach, you’ll get very little woo-woo, pseudo-spiritual language. I keep things grounded and simple, focused on helping folks to cultivate these three evidence-based approaches to progress: self-acceptance, psychological flexibility and the willingness to take action imperfectly. Progress is possible if you’re willing to learn a new way of relating to what has been holding you back, and you’re willing to experiment. Let’s get into it! We might laugh, we might cry, but most importantly, we will help get you unstuck. If you're breathing, there’s still time to change your direction. Let's help you really live.
