Growing up with expectations placed on our masculinity can feel like so much pressure, and can make us so hard on ourselves. That’s why I focus on creating a supportive, affirming connection with you in which you feel safe enough to really meet yourself, to discover that perhaps your struggles don't have to rule your life, and that you don't have to suffer this much. I'm a seasoned therapist with over a decade of experience AND a fellow traveler who knows what these stressors feel like- I've been there, too. I meet folks right where they're at with no judgement and help them develop skills that enable meaningful change.
