My Approach to Helping

Personality wise, I am a mix between a happy and consoling Golden Retriever and a hippy. If thinking about your thoughts is helpful to you and you are a logical oriented person, then my (CBT) main approach will likely harmonize with you. I have been practicing meditation for a decade now, and I also use some aspects of that in practice.
Really, I am a very empathetic , knowledgeable, and non-judgemental Therapist. I hope to help guide you. If not, from the bottom of my heart, stay strong and continue on. It will get better.
