As a therapist and licensed clinical social worker, I work with you through self-reflection, empowerment, and support. My approach is to meet each client where they are and to collaboratively develop a treatment plan based off your individual goals. I can provide support, problem solving skills, and enhanced coping strategies for issues such as depression, anxiety, OCD, unresolved childhood issues, grief, chronic illness and stress. My therapeutic approach is to support each client through research based interventions. I utilize multiple methodologies including exposure and response prevention therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution focused and a family systems approach to assist my clients with their needs and goals.
