"You do not find a happy life, you make it!" - Camilla Kimball. I began counseling to battle the common belief that we are powerless in controlling our thoughts and feelings. Individuals of any age can regain this power and make a change within their lives. You might wish to be less anxious in social situations or create more meaningful relationships. Maybe you are replaying awkward moments over and over whilst trying to fall asleep, wishing things were different. "If only I was ......, I would be ok?" I want to learn your story, without judgment.
I am often told by individuals that they are struggling to find hope, especially through these trying times. The weight of mental health struggles can be immense but you do not have to bear it alone! With my education and empathetic nature, I am able to guide you towards a happier and healthier life.
