I understand how vulnerable reaching out to a therapist is—how it typically happens at the hardest moments in our lives. I have a deep respect for my client's bravery, curiosity, and willingness to grow and heal. I view my work as a therapist as an opportunity to enter places of struggle with my clients—finding beauty in the dark and guiding you back to remembering your inherent wholeness.
I approach each session with compassion, humor, and holism—mixing traditional therapy with a mind-body approach, creating space for all parts of the self to emerge. I’m grateful to have a career that allows me to be authentically myself and to use genuine expression in order to connect others to ease and authenticity in their own lives. My approach to treatment is relational, cultural, and trauma-informed, allowing us to explore the past while staying grounded in the present. I feel deeply lucky and honored to witness and facilitate healing and growth as my clients access more peace, ease, joy, and freedom in their lives.
