I’m a licensed psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience helping men find their self-confidence in developing relationships where they can be their best, most authentic selves. You no longer need to run away, lash out, or avoid when things get intense in your relationships.
I offer a type of therapy modality called acceptance and commitment therapy to get you unstuck from old patterns of thinking that are no longer working for you.
