My Approach to Helping
Life has gotten harder for a lot of us in the past few years. Traumatic experiences are difficult to process and cope with, which can impact every part of our lives. If you are struggling in your relationships, going through a difficult life transition, are experiencing anxiety, feeling overwhelmed and drained, I am here to help. I will work with you to put things into perspective, cope with grief and loss, and process traumatic experiences.
My therapy practice is rooted in empathy, trust, honesty, and safety. I use therapeutic approaches such as solution-focused therapy, CBT, and Mindfulness to meet your unique needs.
My role is to make sure that therapy is a comfortable and rewarding experience for you. I will work with you to build on your strengths, develop effective coping skills, help you manage your anxieties, and support you to improve your overall quality of life.
