My Approach to Helping
Life has been tough since pandemic begun last year, and its time to regain our higher level of functioning. I help my clients manage their stress and anxiety so they can be more productive and enjoy their daily living.
I use combination of Eastern and Western approach to enhance out mental and emotional well-being. The eastern contemplative practices and spirituality are helpful in finding our true Self and getting in touch with unconditional love. Similarly, Western evidence based therapeutic practices are very useful in dealing with symptoms of mental illnesses which cause stress and discomfort. Choosing from both approaches helps me find suitable interventions for individuals as per their preferences.
I work with individual and family in a professional setting to make progress and achieve desired results. Its very important for me that my clients feel comfortable with the pace and volume of work we do on weekly basis.
