Groups I Work With

    Adults Experiencing Trauma– I work with individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma, including childhood abuse, sexual assault, domestic violence, and complex PTSD. My work often includes helping clients process their trauma, build emotional regulation skills, and re-establish a sense of safety and trust in relationships.

    Individuals with OCD and Perfectionism– I support clients who struggle with obsessive-compulsive tendencies, intrusive thoughts, and perfectionism that interfere with daily functioning and personal goals. Therapy focuses on building distress tolerance, cognitive flexibility, and behavioural change through exposure and response prevention (ERP) and mindfulness-based approaches.

    Young Adults and College Students– I provide support to individuals navigating identity development, academic pressures, relationship issues, and the transition to independence. This work often includes psychoeducation, emotional support, and skill-building in areas like communication and self-esteem.

    Clients with Anxiety and Depression– Many of my clients present with generalized anxiety, panic attacks, or depressive symptoms. Treatment often includes cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), behavioural activation, and mindfulness-based strategies to manage symptoms and increase day-to-day functioning.

    Survivors of Complex Family Dynamics – I work with clients who grew up in chaotic, neglectful, or abusive family systems. This includes adults processing their upbringing, addressing unresolved attachment issues, and learning to set healthy boundaries.

    BIPOC and LGBTQ+ Clients – I strive to create a culturally sensitive and affirming space for clients from marginalized communities, including those navigating intersectional identities, minority stress, and systemic oppression.
