My Approach to Helping
I have danced many roles throughout my life such as that of a sibling, spouse, parent, teacher, student, colleague, and advocate and each has presented unique opportunities and obstacles. As a counselor and a creative arts therapist, I will join each client where they are and help them find their rhythm.
