My Approach to Helping

Today is your first step on the pathway to change and together we will make the transformation you are seeking in your life. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist; Washington State Approved Supervisor, #LF60910751; and an AAMFT Approved Supervisor. I provide clinical supervision to all of the therapists at our practice, Pathway to Change Counseling Services. I have a Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Lutheran University and a Master of Science degree in Human PerformanceSport Psychology from Western Washington University. Additionally, I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physical EducationExercise Science from Western Washington University. I am a children's mental health specialist and I enjoy working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families.

Our practice is unique in that we offer several licensed therapist to choose from who can work collaboratively with you to accomplish the change you want to see. With over 40 years of combined therapy experience each therapist offers a client-centered specialized approach. If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction, we look forward to working with you to achieve your goals. We work with clients of all ages and are proud to offer a staff of children's mental health specialists; adolescent specialists; and adult providers.
