My Approach to Helping

Early life experiences have profound effects on our lives and how we experience the world around us and the relationships we are able to form. I specialize in trauma and attachment issues for children, teens, families, and adults. I have been trained in TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Intervention) which is an intensive and effective, therapeutic approach to parenting and dealing with trauma-related issues for individuals and families.

I provide several neuro-based trainings and treatments, such as Neuroptimal neurofeedback, which calms, organizes and trains the brain to work as effectively as it can. And also SSP, which is the Safe and Sound Protocol, developed by Dr. Stephen Porges, and helps to quiet sensory issues, increase social engagement and emotional regulation, and improve the brain's ability to process other treatment modalities.

I am also trained in Lifespan Integration, which addresses trauma from all life stages and works gently and empathically to offer healing without re-traumatizing.
