Therapy is hard work and my goal is to make therapy accessible, doable, and as streamlined as possible. I believe that people know themselves best and have the capacity to change behaviors, thoughts, and feelings. My role is to learn about you, strengthen skills that you already have, and tailor practical support that you can use in discovering what you need to feel better, unstuck, and at peace.

Do you feel stuck - and want to get unstuck but are not sure of what steps to take? I am experienced in helping adults decrease the impact of stress, relationships, communication, depression, anxiety, andor trauma. I also help people who are living with Tourette Syndrome and other neurodiverse conditions (as well as their families) as well as adults who have a family member who is living with chronic conditions such as mania andor psychosis.
