My Approach to Therapy

Those that come to my practice are often looking a safe space to open up and discuss what is bothering them. My main objective is to provide a relationship that is safe, open, and non-judgmental. I am genuinely empathetic and an excellent listener, providing my client's the ingredients for transitioning through challenging parts of their lives. I help my client's cope with life challenges and rocky moments in their mental health- whether you need to heal from heart-break, develop better coping mechanisms, or change maladaptive thoughts and beliefs that keep you stuck- I am here to support you.

My Practice & Services

Through the practice of talk-therapy one can develop self-awareness, understand their behaviors, resolve traumas, and begin to change unwanted patterns. Together we will identify coping skills and valued actions to move you in the direction of a valued life, while also exploring your past and the experiences that have shaped your present.

How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist

As a sensitive individual myself, I am honored to work with fellow sensitive humans as they navigate the complexities of life.
