My Approach to Helping
Relationships can be challenging. Sometimes we may feel disconnected, growing further apart, and find ourselves struggling to communicate with those we love the most. Oftentimes, we get stuck in negative patterns of interaction and we don't know what to do. I am an experienced couples' therapist with advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and can work with you to get your relationship back on track. This is where I can help.
I work with couples, individuals, and families and love helping people who want to make changes in their lives, improve their relationships, and find more peace and tranquility. And because every client is unique, I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brainspotting, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and a variety of other approaches, as needed.
