My Approach to Helping
I believe that seeking help is not a sign of weakness but of strength. I am here to help those who are ready to work on themselves, and who desire to invest in their wellbeing. Collaboratively, we can work to move past those hardships that keep you stuck, allowing you to move forward to find healing and wholeness.
I work with men, women, couples, families, and adolescents. My areas of experience and strength cover a wide range of mental health areas; including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationships, life transitions, and drug
and alcohol abuse.
