My Approach to Helping
Lindsay Mosaky is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with over 5 years of experience in the nonprofit and social services industries. She is passionate about helping teens, adults, and seniors to address personal issues and live more freely and purposefully. Lindsay has worked with clients suffering from grief, hospice care-related issues, cultural identity issues, interpersonal relationship issues, depression, anxiety, and existentialism. Lindsay completed her Master's degree in Clinical Social Work at Rutgers University. She is the 2nd generation daughter of Southeast Asian immigrants and has faced cultural identity challenges throughout her life. She has also navigated through chronic illness and grief within her own family system. Lindsay used an eclectic range of interventions including mindfulness, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), existential therapy (ET), and motivational interviewing (MI). Life is a constant ebb and flow of emotions, thoughts, and feelings that we are constantly dealing with. Lindsay is here to support you in the process of recalibrating your steps and in finding the confidence to continue on in your journey forward.
