I love collaborating with clients!
If you\'re feeling stuck, frustrated, anxious, or depressed, I understand. It\'s hard to know what to do so you can feel better. Sometimes our thoughts, feelings and actions become a vicious cycle and we need some help to get back on track. I can help you learn more about what you\'re going through, why you feel stuck, and how to reach your wellness goals.
During therapy together, I\'ll suggest strategies and skills that are based on scientific research. Part of my role as a therapist is to give you the tools so you can manage your own mental health.

My Role as a Therapist
I offer a supportive environment for you to explore what's causing problems in your life, and we'll collaborate on a therapy plan together that focuses on what you'd like to work on. You'll have the opportunity to learn and practice evidence-based skills that you can take with you on your wellness journey. The customized skills and strategies can include anxiety reduction, adapting tasks for your ADHD, problem-solving, improving your mood, and coming up with plans for how to handle stressful situations. I'm here to support and guide you like a coach. You have the knowledge of your life and what works for you, and you have the ability to change; I bring resources and techniques that can help you make the changes you want.
