My Approach to Helping
My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, safety, and connection. I am a trauma-informed therapist who integrates evidence-based practices like dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to meet each person where they are.
I believe healing happens in a space where people feel seen, heard, and empowered. Whether we’re working through past trauma, building emotional regulation skills, or exploring internal patterns, I aim to create a supportive environment where you can reconnect with your inner strengths and move toward meaningful change at your own pace.
