What's My Approach to Therapy?
You don’t have to carry it all on your own. Whether you’re feeling stuck in relationship patterns, navigating anxiety, grieving a loss, or adjusting to a big life change that’s left you feeling untethered, therapy can help you find your way through it. In my practice, the first step is creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and genuinely supported. I work with individuals in their late teens through their 30s who feel overwhelmed, burned out, or like they’re constantly questioning themselves. In our work together, you’ll find a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, breathe, and feel truly heard without judgment.
My approach is down-to-earth, collaborative, and personalized. I pull from different theories, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and strengths-based therapy, so we can find what actually works for you. I’ll bring in strategies and insights that are helpful, but more than anything, I’ll show up as a real person walking beside you.
