My Approach to Helping
LeighAnne Kellogg is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) with years of experience postgraduate school. She is passionate about helping college aged individuals, adults, and couple's through life stressors. LeighAnne specializes in depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, stress, and major life transitions. She has experience working with those that struggle with eating disorders. LeighAnne completed her Master's degree in Clinical Counseling at East Carolina University. She believes it is a privilege to sit with people who allow her to bear witness to their lives, stressors, and pain. LeighAnne utilizes different approaches and modalities like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), positive psychology, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) skills and motivational interviewing.
