My Approach to Helping
Welcome, I am glad that you are here! The world is heavy. You may feel overwhelmed by the current state of affairs or stressed by life’s challenges. I believe therapy is a powerful tool to help you navigate your healing journey.
I support individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, and help them identify, process, and find transformation through a range of issues including: stressanxiety, adjusting to life transitions, processing lossgrief, and spiritual questioningexploration.
I bring compassion, laughter, and evidence-based strategies such as DBT, CBT, and mindfulness. I invite clients to bring their wealth of knowledge, skills, and strengths to session. We will partner together to help you develop skills to be more compassionate with yourself and others and feel more empowered to take on life’s challenges.
