Through psychotherapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), my goal is to offer you the tools and skills you need to live an authentic and meaningful life.
Areas of specialty include treatment of trauma, grief, anxiety, OCD, depression and relationship issues.
My approach to therapy is tailored to your needs to include cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based interventions and other psychodynamic approaches that treat depression, anxiety and OCD.
I am trained in trauma therapy and offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). ART is a short-term form of psychotherapy with roots in several existing evidence-based therapies, but shown to produce benefits much more quickly. ART uses a combination of creative visualization, somatic awareness, and eye movements to quickly and gently transform the way you remember and respond to past experiences.
