How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist

I have experienced growth and transformation throughout my own life and I feel that my experience gives me the gift to connect deeply and authentically with those that I support on their healing journey. I know how it feels when life feels like it gets in the way of plans. That feeling when something so impactful in your life feels like it stops you in your tracks and you are unsure how to proceed. I strive to use my authentic self and empathy to guide you on your healing journey.
