My Approach to Helping
Hi! I am aware that there are many of us to choose from when preparing to face life altering challenges. Yet, you’ve chosen to begin this journey with me. My educational and professional background has afforded me the understanding and the experience to work with you. Do you feel that others may not understand the depth of your troubles and you wish to find new ways and new answers? I’d like you to know that you are not alone in facing your challenges. I have worked with individuals with various disorders. Mental health can be associated with self-esteem, relationship conflicts, constant anger, anxiety, grief, and even depression.
As a Therapist, I will work with you to help you find your desires and empower you to find and utilize those skills that you may not know you have. I utilize a person-centered and holistic approach in all of my sessions while incorporating various evidence-based practices to help you reach your goals. Let’s explore those stressors!
The unconscious mind is truly a powerful driver of human behavior and emotions. And no behavior is without a cause. If you find it difficult to cope through the day with whatever challenges that you’re facing, come talk to me.
