My Approach to Helping
Each stage of life comes with its own set of hardships, and it is okay to not always be okay. Laura Olaniyi believes therapy equates to providing individuals with a safe, warm, and understanding place to work on those hardships piece by piece. She strives to meet every individual where they are at in a caring and authentic manner to help them conquer the challenges that life throws their way. She elicits a sense of peace within the minds of her clients by being a wonderful resource for those seeking her services as she creates a safe, supportive environment to promote the growth and healing process both in and beyond the office.
