My Approach to Helping
If you are dealing with painful triggers after experiencing betrayal or infidelity in a relationship because of your partner's sex-porn addiction, I am here to help. There is hope for you. We can work together to help you process your emotions, navigate triggers, learn about what's happening to you, and re-learn trust and safety. I am currently offering Betrayal Trauma Groups that will start in May 2025.

I take a holistic approach to therapy, viewing each person as a whole—mind, body, and spirit. I recognize that every individual exists within a unique relational, cultural, and spiritual context, and I consider how these aspects interact with emotional, mental, and physical well-being. I believe that each part of a person influences the others—mental health affects physical health, just as relationships shape emotions. My goal is to help you find healing by understanding and integrating every part of who you are.
