My Approach to Helping

Infinity Center for Personal Growth focuses on helping each client grow into their own personal best. We seek to meet each client where they are at and focus on their personal goals. We combine multiple different therapy modalities to meet the individual needs of each client. We are a multiculturally affirming practice and we seek to provide a safe space for you to grow!

More Info About My Practice

Infinity Center for Personal Growth is a growing group practice. We are founded on the idea that everyone has the right to work on themselves in a way that suits them best. We seek walk with clients through their journeys to empowerment, growth and vitality.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

Being a counselor is a privilege that we take very seriously. Our roles are not to offer advice, but to offer guidance to help you reach your personal best. The beauty in that is that once people achieve their desired goal, they can take 100% of the credit for all the hard work involved to get to that goal.

Had a Negative Therapy Experience?

Absolutely!

We always encourage our clients to be open and honest about how they are feeling about therapy. Sometimes another therapist may be a better fit, and that is OK!

We feel like the "little things" are important - do you like the brand of Kleenex? Is the temperature in the room OK? Are the chairs and couches comfortable? Are you annoyed or pleased at the selection of magazines in the waiting room? These are the things that can make or break therapy and we encourage our clients to inform us of concerns. We do our best to be accommodating.

Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed

As human beings we are not born with coping skills, and most of us have encountered events along the way that have caused us to develop poor coping skills to deal with the pain caused by that event. We feel that everyone could benefit from therapy.

As the practice owner and CEO, I know the personal growth I have experienced through my own therapy throughout my life and my hope for my clients is that they experience continued personal growth through their therapy as well.
