My Approach to Helping
I provide a supportive environment for self-expression to help return you to a sense of wellness and health. I believe that by embracing creativity through art-making, you can find relief from emotional pain, gain self-understanding and insight, and heal from trauma.
I am a healing-centered and trauma-informed practitioner trained in both EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) and AIR (adaptive internal relational) network therapy. I combine these therapies in a unique way with art therapy. I am able to empower you to move through your healing process in a compassionate way. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, and families utilizing the art therapy approach.
