I see us as partners working to understand your motivations, fears, and deepest hopes so that you can feel a greater sense of freedom and empowerment. We all have in us the seeds of our fulfillment; the work of psychotherapy is about uncovering the obstacles to its expression. I use different therapy approaches, from psychodynamic to cognitive and behavioral approaches. With insights and practical skills, you’ll be able to process obstacles holding you back. Healing is a process, I am here to provide an oasis of calm, giving you space to be present to your feelings and listen to your inner voice.
