What's My Approach to Therapy?

You want to feel fulfilled, empowered, and confident, but deep down you feel anxious, overwhelmed, and out of control with food. You may be fed up with constant restriction, overeating, or both; feeling disconnected and numb; or completely hating your body. You might not even remember a time when it didn’t feel this way. But one thing is for sure: you’re ready for some relief. You’re ready to heal your relationship with food. You’re ready to feel better in your own skin.

Most of all, you’re ready to take control of your life.
Clients come to me looking for a therapist who treats the whole person, not just the eating condition. Sessions with me are comfortable and interactive. Together, we increase mindfulness of the root cause of the eating issue, assess your personal values and goals, and learn the tools to find fulfillment, connection, and peace.

As an experienced eating condition therapist, I believe that everyone has the inner wisdom they need to heal. I can help you access it. You don’t have to continue living with the eating issue, and you don’t have to do it alone. Call me today for a free consultation. I can’t wait to hear from you.
