What's My Approach to Therapy?

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). My therapeutic approach comes from a place of empathy, support and collaboration. It also comes from a place of experience, having traveled down the road of therapy, I have experienced first hand the power of gaining insight coupled with removing shame and self-judgement. I believe we all have an inner wisdom and know ourselves best. I am here as a partner to help you tap into your strengths and live the life that you so desire.

My Practice & Services

I offer a blend of approaches to therapy that I have trained in, used, and continue to study. I combine attachment based therapy, somatic approaches, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) and EMDR. In its simplest terms, I start where you are at with the goal of building a safe, nonjudgemental environment and work collaboratively to tap into your own insight toward growth and change.
