Maybe you are tired of managing those racing thoughts on your own or struggling to figure out the best next step for your career or relationship - either way I can help. I work with clients whose anxiety-depression has made it difficult to get the most out of their day. Together, we can work to figure out how to feel less overwhelmed and more empowered to do what you want to do without the worry getting in the way. My style is interactive and I hope to create a space where all thoughts and feelings are welcome. I work with adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and stress-related issues. In addition, I have a wealth of experience working with members of the LGBTQ community with a focus of addressing gender dysphoria-gender identity.
