I help exhausted, overwhelmed, burnt-out adults, regain balance and joy in their life. I love working with individuals who do so much for others, and work so hard to reach their goals, that they too often neglect to meet their own needs.
In your sessions, you’ll receive one-on-one guidance that will help you feel supported, seen, and heard. I’ll provide the encouragement, warmth, humor, and candor you’ll need to revitalize your inner strength, activate change and cultivate balance. Using techniques like brain spotting, mind-body activities, insight building, and a healthy dose of humor, we will help you feel empowered to live a fulfilling, balanced life.
