I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate located in Raleigh, NC. I believe in the metaphor of a life narrative and encourage people to “pick up the pen” and begin to write the story they want to live. I provide systemically informed, inclusive therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
I am a Certified Expressive Arts Therapist. I incorporate the arts into my therapeutic work because I believe that the creative process offers an opportunity to better understand the self.
I encourage everyone, experienced in art or not, to explore the healing aspects of the creative process. I see each person as a part of the puzzle of society. I encourage people to see and understand how they are interconnected with their environment.
