My Approach to Helping

I support individuals and couples. I help empower them to live their truth. I help people heal trauma and deal with conflict in a healthy way. I help them have self awareness of needs and feelings. Together we can discover boundaries and tools to express needs and feelings and thus, connect and have healthy relationships with others. My goal is for you to honor yourself and your ways of processing and dealing, while teaching you how to hold, process and regulate your emotions with compassion. For couples, I help bring understanding to the underlying roots of feelings or arguments and have room for both your and your partners needs.

I offer a super safe space, where through my care you won't feel alone. I help find answers to hard questions about yourself. We do this with immense compassion and non judgment. I help reframe behaviors as adaptive to our experiences in life, creating acceptance for who we are right now. From that fortified place, we can build new ways of being and change.

I lovingly invite: Couples that argue and have unresolved pain. People who are stuck or stressed. People-pleasers that don't put themselves first. Women needing empowerment. Men needing help communicating. Queer folks needing help to proudly be who they are. Through my listening and holding and your bravery to seek help, we can find a way through together.

My Role as a Therapist

My role as a therapist is connecting you to you. I can only help guide you to your own truth and not define that for you. You have a wealth of experience and emotion that is not wrong or abnormal, but, in fact, actually valuable information about where you want to be and how you want to feel. I am a collaborator and guide to uncover some of that information and help you get more aligned with your needs and feelings. As your guide, I will also ask that you listen to your body and breath, which are the most valuables resources for you to feel at home in your own being.
