My name is Sydney Mitchell and I am a licensed clinical social worker at DEFINED neurology, counseling and medical spa. Our approach to therapy to provide a holistic inner beauty and outer beauty to how we provide therapy to our clients. As a part of the experience, each client receives a complimentary facial in order to create a space of relation as they address their concerns about their mental wellbeing. I have clinical experience in the treatment of depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, psychosis, sexual assault, child abuse, somatization, relationship issues, art therapy, and children. We also have a team of physcians and nurse practitioners to offer medical management of depression, anxiety, and more.
