Welcome to a space where healing begins and where you are met with compassion and understanding. As your counselor, I am dedicated to supporting you on your journey towards recovery from trauma, anxiety, relationship abuse, and other challenges that may be weighing on your heart and mind.
In our sessions, I utilize evidence-based therapies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to guide you through the healing process. These therapeutic modalities are powerful tools that we will tailor to meet your unique needs and experiences. I am a Certified First Responder Counselor and have advanced training in EMDR.
My goal is to provide you with a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and validated. Together, we will work towards helping you recover as quickly as possible, while also fostering lasting growth and transformation.
