Longmont is a city in Boulder County, Colorado. A portion of the city is located in Weld County. Longmont is situated along the St. Vrain River and has an elevation of 5,000 feet. The city has a land area of 26 square miles.

Supporting Action for Mental Health (SAM) is a local movement comprised of residents, organizations, and government agencies in Longmont.
